Anyone who leads people through a system to achieve a result, whether they deliver it through coaching or a course. They have frameworks and structures, and something is preventing them from achieving the results they want. I help them find it and move it out of the way.
It might be a belief or a values conflict. It might be a goal that isn't clear, isn't compelling, or isn't their own, so the outcome isn't motivating or relevant. It might be in their actions: baggage around what's required, or systems that aren't working for them or have holes or failure points. Or it might be in their direction: whether they have systems that keep them focused and moving where they want to go, and whether anything in their beliefs or purpose conflicts with holding that direction.
Marketing coaches don't do the deep mindset, spiritual, emotional and mental side.
